Explainable AI in Auditing (partnered w/ KPMG and VU Amsterdam)
Financial auditing is an exhaustive examination task performed by an auditing company for (profif or non-profit) financial entities to guarantee the correctness of financial statements. Funded by NWO and KPMG, this project focuses on developing novel explainable neuro-symbolic AI algorithms to support human auditing experts. Dear project participiants are Prof. Dr. Alessandra Palmigiano (VU) (project PI), Marcel Boersma (KPMG & UvA), Khrishna Manoorkar (VU) and Mattia Pannettiere (VU).
